Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026
Renew is a medical weight-management program operated by Trousdale Wellness Pharmacy ("Renew," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit this website, contact us, or enroll in the program. Please read it alongside the notices you receive from the licensed provider and pharmacy who deliver your care.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, and any details you provide when you book a consultation, contact us, or enroll — which may include health-related information you choose to share.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you found us, collected through cookies and similar technologies (including advertising and analytics pixels such as those from Meta and TikTok).
- Information from scheduling and payment tools: when you book a visit or pay, our scheduling and payment providers process the information needed to complete that transaction.
How we use your information
- To schedule consultations, coordinate your care with your provider and pharmacy, and fulfill and deliver prescriptions.
- To communicate with you about your program, appointments, refills, and support.
- To send you marketing or educational messages where you have consented, and to improve our website and services.
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to comply with legal obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you appointment, refill, and program text messages, and — where you have agreed — occasional marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of receiving care. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the licensed provider who conducts your telehealth visit and the pharmacy that prepares and dispenses your medication, to deliver your care.
- With service providers who operate our website, scheduling, payment, communications, and advertising/analytics on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our patients, staff, or others.
- In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale), subject to this policy.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and advertising/analytics technologies to understand site traffic and to show relevant ads on platforms like Meta and TikTok. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of many interest-based ads through your device settings or industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
Your choices and rights
- You can opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP) at any time.
- You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and program are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised policy with a new effective date.
This policy applies to the Renew website and marketing. Protected health information held by your provider or the pharmacy is governed by their HIPAA Notices of Privacy Practices.
